It all began ages ago (December 2001) at an absolutely freezing scout hall in a village called Llangyfelach. We formed as a result of many failed attempts with various other bands, some tidy, others absolute W@*kers. There are so many people who think they are Liam Gallagher and it doesn't work! But as a result of that and the fact we all like the music we play and write, Boogaloo Mouse was formed.

Don't ask us about the name, we drew it out of an empty packet of nik-naks end of story. SiMoD is probably the reason we're all together though, he met Larne and Alex (our mate) at a scooter rally and they felt sorry for him, so they took him under their wing and he got the band together. According to Alex, when he got back from the scooter rally he said to Larne 'he's alright your mate is', to which Larne replied 'I thought he was your mate!' So as you can see it's absolute luck or coincidence that the band got together.

Another coincidence is that three of us were in school together but didn't know each other cos' we were all in different years. Larne was there when it was still the old grammer school, but Jonus and Griff went there when it became secondary-modern, Jonus actually being in the same class as Larne's brother and Griff being in the same class as a bloke called Cuthbert. Simon however, went to a school for the gifted where he studied astrophysics and cosmology, he gained his doctorate at the age of eight! 

Anyway enough Bull$h*t! that's pretty much all you need to know about us for the moment. As we achieve stardom we'll keep you posted and you never know, you might see our tour bus pass through your town or hamlet, if so, don't grovel in adoration - just buy us a pint!
